    Sabre Corporation has acquired the Trust Group of companies including Trust International, InnLink and Nexus, from Battery Ventures for USD154m.     Hilton, Starwood, hit with malware

    JLL has acquired IT consulting business Avenue9 Solutions for an undisclosed fee.
